The problem

Three types of marketers are losing right now.

Ads are more expensive. Organic is harder. AI saturated the middle and the marketers who are winning aren't working harder. They're operating with better infrastructure.

The Marketing Engineer sits at the intersection of story, systems, and technology. Not one or two. All three. That's the only position that compounds in the current environment.

Marketer · 01
The storyteller without systems. Brilliant taste. No idea how to wire a funnel, read an API, or prompt an LLM. Outsources everything technical and wonders why campaigns take months. The world moved. They're still writing agency briefs.
Marketer · 02
The technician without a story. Can build anything. Can't sell it. Automates the wrong things, workflows without a message, funnels without a hook. The infrastructure is perfect. The audience never shows up.
Marketer · 03
The AI tool jockey. Stack of subscriptions, hours of prompts, content that no founder would put their name on. AI slop with no quality bar and no tracked outcome. Activity dressed up as productivity.

Most people think AI replaces humans. It replaces humans who aren't using AI.

The contrarian belief
What I install

Three tiers. One rule.

Every tier starts with a discovery call so what gets built fits your business. The less you want to touch after that, the higher the tier. I don't write your content — you're the SME. I build the engine.

Tier 1 · Out of the Box
Claude + Content OS

For operators who want a working content engine on their laptop. Starts with a brand intake so the Content OS is bespoke to your voice. Claude Code plus a full Content Operating System that turns your inputs into copy and scripts that don't sound like everybody else. 48 to 72 hours.

  • Brand intake call — voice, audience, pillars, ICP, competitors
  • Claude Code installed + configured on your machine
  • Full Content OS: copywriting, scripts, social, research, email, outreach
  • Tuned to your voice — scripts that perform on each platform
  • GitHub sync + 30-min walkthrough + quick-start PDF
One-time · 48 to 72 hrs

Tier 3 · Fully Managed
Managed AI Studio

For busy founders who don't want to deal with the build but know AI-powered teams will outperform the ones that aren't. Zero terminal, zero config. We host it, maintain it, fix it, and move fast on your behalf. You log in through whatever interface fits and use it. 7 to 10 days.

  • We host it — VPS, SSL, backups, uptime
  • We maintain it — skill updates, security patches
  • We fix it — if it breaks, it's on us
  • Your interface of choice: WebUI, Telegram, Slack, or Discord
  • Coaching + async + optional fractional marketing add-on

Why it works

Not a consultant. Not an agency. An engineer.

Every agency will sell you their labor. Every consultant will give you a deck. I install. The skill stack, the agent, the pipeline, the infrastructure. Live and running.

The most dangerous person in any company is a marketer who doesn't need to wait. No tickets, no bandwidth from product, no agency lag. They see the opportunity and ship it the same day. That's what gets installed.

Speed without slop

AI creates the illusion of productivity. Every engine I install has a quality bar baked in, not just an output bar. The test: would your audience clock the draft as AI slop? If yes, the system isn't done.

Results over recognition

Views don't interest me unless they're connected to pipeline. We track content to booked calls, conversions, CAC, LTV. If the engine can't show you what moved, it isn't done.

Build the foundation yourself

I learned the expensive way. Lost $350K to a contractor I should have done the work for myself. So I install until the system is solid, then I teach you how it works. Dependency is not a deliverable.

You own everything we build

The repo. The prompts. The pipelines. The skill stack. All yours. When the engagement ends you walk away with infrastructure, not a subscription you can't cancel.

Integrity over outcome

I won't recommend something I don't believe in, promote a product that conflicts with my values, or take a client whose business I can't respect. Every deliverable is something I'd put my name on in front of my family.

Who runs this

Built in the field. Not the classroom.

Service
U.S. Navy, Officer · USS John P. Murtha

Engineering officer, running main propulsion. Surface Warfare pin. General Quarters OOD at the helm through the Strait of Hormuz when tensions spiked in the Fifth Fleet. Finished second tour ranked #1 OOD on deployment.

Instructor
Amphibious warfare, Naval Base Coronado

Taught amphibious warfare indoctrination and maritime prepositioning force. Where I learned that teaching is the deepest form of mastery.

Distribution
Azra Mint · $1.2M in 48 hours

Handled distribution on the launch. Generated $1.2M in transaction volume inside 48 hours. The first time I realized I actually understood speed.

Crucible
Game Companion (Kizuna v1), the $350K lesson

Took on a real problem worth solving. Handed the core build to a contractor. Watched ~$350K disappear into work that never delivered. The lesson: build the foundation yourself before you outsource it.

Community
Wolves, 76K Twitter audience

One of the most respected tech-facing networks in blockchain and AI. We specialize in networking, live events, and content. Still running.

Live
WolvesDEN, Gamified Live Events

A live events company hosting in-real-life productions. Partnerships with OpenSea, Avalanche, Polygon, Beamable, Immutable and more. Networking + content + gamification, on the ground. $250K in event top-line.

Rebuild
Kizuna v2, tracks 700K+ across communities

Built it myself. Community aggregation and sentiment analysis infrastructure for game studios and crypto projects. Still live today. Where token economics became real.

Questions

Common asks.

Q · 01Who is this for?
Founders and marketing leads at $1M to $10M companies who already have something to say and need an engine that turns their raw inputs into platform-native output, in their voice, with more consistency. Solopreneurs and consultants in the $250K to $1M range who are their own marketing department. In-house marketers at $10M to $50M companies who want AI leverage installed on top of the team they already have. The common thread: you need someone who installs, not someone who consults.
Q · 02What's the difference between the three tiers?
Tier 1 (Claude + Content OS) is out of the box: Claude Code plus a full content operating system that turns your inputs into copy and scripts in your voice. It works for almost everybody. Tier 2 (Bespoke Agent) is custom: we scope the specific problems your business is trying to solve, then build a tailored agent and tool stack on your VPS with 30 days of coaching. Tier 3 (Managed AI Studio) is fully done-for-you: we host it, maintain it, fix it, and you log in through whatever interface fits — WebUI, Telegram, Slack, Discord. The rule: the less you want to touch, the higher the tier.
Q · 03What does the time commitment look like for me?
Tier 1: about 90 minutes for the intake call plus a 30-minute Loom walkthrough. You're operating inside a day. Tier 2: scoping calls in week one (since the build is custom), install kickoff, then four 1-hour coaching calls plus async support across 30 days. Tier 3: an intake call and a login. You operate it on your own schedule. We handle hosting, maintenance, and updates in the background — coaching and async support are always there if you want them.
Q · 04Who covers API and hosting costs?
Tier 1 and Tier 2: you cover all API and subscription costs (Claude, OpenAI, your VPS, scheduling tools) on your own accounts so you keep ownership and control. I'll recommend the cheapest stack that hits your quality bar. Tier 3: hosting, SSL, backups, and infrastructure are included in the monthly. API usage runs through your account or ours depending on what we agree on the call.
Q · 05How is this different from an agency or a content course?
Agencies sell you their labor. Courses sell you their thinking. I install you the infrastructure. When the engagement ends, you don't lose anything when I leave. You have the repo, the prompts, the pipelines, the agent, the playbook. The engine is the deliverable. I'm not selling time, I'm selling the thing that replaces it.
Q · 06What if I'm starting from zero on AI?
Best case scenario. No bad habits to unlearn, no broken stack to migrate. We install something coherent from day one. You'll be using your engine inside the first week.
Q · 07Why don't you write my content?
Because you're the SME, not me. Your audience can clock within a sentence whether the post was actually written by the person on the byline. The engine I install takes your real inputs (voice memos, docs, frameworks, opinions) and turns them into platform-native drafts in your voice. You ship. That's the leverage. The "what should I post?" question is coaching, and it lives outside the install tiers.
Next step

More output. Your voice. Actual ROI.

30 minutes. We map your current stack, find the right tier, and decide together whether there's a fit. You'll walk away with clarity either way.
