Two hours a week on camera. Ideally four. That's it. I run pre-production so you show up prepared. I run post-production so you never touch an edit. I handle distribution, automation, reporting, and strategy. The only thing you can't delegate is your face, and that's the only thing I'm asking for.
Q · 04What's the guarantee?
By day 30 you will have a documented content strategy, 30+ pieces of live content across platforms, and at least one inbound lead generated from that content. If not, I don't invoice for month two until we hit it. The only condition: you show up to your sessions. If you don't show up, that's not a guarantee situation and we both know it.
Q · 05What's the difference between the Hook Lab and the 90-Day Build?
The Hook Lab is the front door. Two weeks. You find out what message works before you commit to building the whole system around it. The 90-Day Build is the full infrastructure: production machine, AI pipelines, website, funnel, distribution. Most clients do the Hook Lab first. The data from it shapes everything we build next.

Clean slate. No legacy content to wrangle, no team conflicts to navigate, no bad habits to unlearn. We decide what you stand for, get you on camera, test what lands, and build from data. Ad budget is separate from my fees. But here's the model: we don't touch ad budget until organic has told us what works. The Hook Lab identifies winning hooks and messages. The 90-Day Build scales them. Only then do we put money behind proven creative. Which means you're never paying to test on paid. Organic is free to test. Ads aren't.
